Wendy Roberts

Wendy was most recently the Vice President of Operations at Thumbtack which includes both Trust& Safety as well as Customer Support. She is responsible for making Thumbtack the most trusted marketplace for getting projects done and providing world class support to users. She manages a team of more than 200 people spread across San Francisco, Salt Lake City and the Philippines which includes analytics, support, and policy.

Prior to Thumbtack, Wendy was at Facebook where she worked on a variety of safety issues, including objectionable content and account takeover. Previously, she worked on financial risk in the payments industry and held positions as a vice president of risk at Yapstone and a senior director at PayPal. 

Wendy has two engineering degrees from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
