Scott Wornow

Scott is an accomplished, senior executive and legal/business advisor with 30+ years' experience.Scott has served as an award-winning Chief Legal Officer (receiving recognition from the New York Stock Exchange, Financial Times and American Corporate Counsel), Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Restructuring Officer and Executive VP at public and private technology companies.He was a Partner at several international law firms, with a client base of Fortune 500 and early-stage companies, investment banks and venture firms.

Scott helped lead several software and wireless start-ups, has taken numerous companies public, raised more than $25+ billion in debt and equity capital, and closed more than $15+ billion of M&A transactions. 

Scott received his law degree from Harvard, B.A. and M.A. degrees from Cambridge University, and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
