Mary Ann Bianco-Pfeiffer

Mary Ann Bianco is a strategically focused executive with more than 25 years experience leading global service delivery teams, customer support, partner, and alliance organizations. A leader with a strong foundation in field sales and a consummate customer and alliances advocate, Bianco builds long-term, profitable relationships with Fortune 100 clients. In her current role as vice president for customer success, she is the high-tech segment leader for Oracle Cloud Applications.

During her 20 years at Oracle, Bianco has also served as vice president for business development, appliances, and for the HP Systems business unit. Before being recruited to Oracle she was a senior director of global strategic alliances at Siemens Corporation, where she was responsible for the global partner organization.

Bianco studied at Boston University and graduated summa cum laude with a master’s in educational administration and a bachelor’s in education from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. A former educator with a passion for building communities, she was one of the founding members of Oracle Women’s Leadership (OWL) in 2006. Bianco currently sits on the Oracle Executive Steering Committee. She is a board member of Watermark and a 2014 recipient of that organization’s Women Who Have Made Their Mark Award. In 2010 she was named as a recipient of the YWCA of Silicon Valley’s 26th Annual Tribute to Women Award, honoring women who demonstrate excellence in executive-level positions.
