David Weisman

David Weisman has spent over 20 years in enterprise technology roles, 15 of those years specifically focused on security related programs and products. Mostly recently, David joined Workday as Senior Director in their Information Security organization, leading their incident response, security education and awareness, and threat intelligence teams. Before that, David Weisman was a co-founder of Stealth Security startup, a leading provider of detection and mitigation of automated attacks against online enterprises.

David also helped found and develop PayPal's Security Intelligence and Operations team that was responsible for security threat intelligence, incident response, and overall integrity of PayPal's production environment. Previously, David Weisman created and managed E-Crime & Threat Intelligence team at PayPal where his team's primary responsibilities were to investigate criminal activity performed against the PayPal platform and/or its customers as well as provide timely gathering and analysis of current and future technological threats.

Prior to founding the ECTI team, David was responsible for a number of internal and external security product programs in PayPal's Risk Management organization that directly dealt with minimizing the threats of phishing and malware against PayPal's customer base.

Before joining PayPal, David spent over 7 years in product management and technology leadership roles in the security industry, working on enterprise and consumer security products at early stage startups as well as large and well-established security vendor organizations.
