Daniel Lang

Dan is the Founder & CEO of Centricity Solutions, a provider outsourced HR and Employee Benefits services to emerging & middle market businesses.

Centricity has functioned as the de facto HR department for hundreds of businesses across multiple industries (including Airbnb, NIO and other well-known unicorns). In this role, Centricity manages all aspects of the workforce lifecycle, including offer letters, onboarding, multi-state compliance, leave management, ACA compliance, payroll, benefits, performance management & offboarding, as well as the more complex employee relations issues including harassment claims and employment litigation.

Prior to founding Centricity, Dan spent nearly a decade leading sales, marketing and business development efforts for Outsource Group (achieving the #1 overall ranking on the INC500 list of the fastest-growing private businesses in America). Dan holds a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Iowa and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), as well as a multi-state licensed insurance broker. Outside the HR world, Dan is an active member of the community and serves on the board of Berkeley Humane.
