The Roundhouse Conference Center and Marketplace - located in the BRIIA building - provides three restaurants with seasonal fares, catering, lakefront views, outside patio, and a quiet library for a unique picturesque work environment. Members also have access to a wide range of event rooms making it ideal for hosting conferences, seminars, and special events. Roundhouse rooms and catering are located in the same building, but are not included in your BRIIA membership and are an additional cost. The lake even includes access to rowboats to help find those inspirational moments!

These flexible workspaces ("hot desk") are ideal for a founder, engineer, designer or business pro needing a professional workspace on a drop-in basis. All amenities included.

These are expansive suites with up to eight shared desks in a quiet and scenic environment. It's a perfect balance of focused work and a collaboration vibe. Suites have large windows for natural light and their own temperature control. Connect to super-fast internet for all of your data crunching needs. All amenities included.

These dedicated private suites are ideal for seed companies, small remote teams, and entrepreneurs. Suites include up to eight dedicated configurable desks, chairs, large windows for natural light, a small conference table, soft seating, and individual temperature controls. Connect to super-fast internet for all of your data crunching needs. All amenities included.
